so every monday and tuesday we have laboratory(we cook for 8 hours with no rest)  we cant wear make up, our hair tied up, short nails, no nails painted, no perfume,no piercings, no hear rings, and all i think is how to finish everything quickly, how to move my team work and how i look like a guy not wearing make up, also my feets hurts as hell.. finally bed time, sweet bed time…. we have like 5 events this month… so many shits to do so few time

gastronomy is a fucking awesome career, it just need courage,leadership and character….. so whats your career guys?
